Jenny Fremlin, MACP Intern

Youth / Individuals / Families

Jenny is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student who brings a wealth of life and work experience to her counselling practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and has worked in a wide range of fields, including tourism, farming, crisis communications, and forest firefighting. For the past two years, she has also worked as a crisis support counsellor, walking alongside individuals and families impacted by domestic violence.

Jenny’s approach is collaborative and holistic, guided by respect, curiosity, and a deep capacity to listen. She draws on person-centred, narrative, and expressive therapy modalities, and is particularly drawn to somatic approaches that bring awareness of the body into the healing process. Clients often find her steady, non-judgmental, and highly attuned — creating a safe space where they can share their stories and move toward growth.

Outside of counselling, Jenny finds expression and joy in dance, figure skating, and music. She is a proud parent and a strong advocate for social justice, bringing compassion, humour, and curiosity into all areas of her life.

Jenny offers in-person appointments in Salmon Arm as well as virtual sessions. Jenny is taking new clients at a significantly reduced rate.

George Dallas, MACP Intern,

Anxiety / Grief & Loss / Unhelpful Thought Patterns / Meaning & Values / Life Transitions

George (he/him) supports clients in moving through anxiety, grief, and self-critical thought patterns, offering a collaborative space to gain clarity and reconnect with their own strengths. He helps people examine the stories they live by, identify their values, and build on their capacity for resilience and growth—so they can move toward the lives they want to lead.

His approach is integrative, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic and narrative therapies, and DBT-informed skills. Sessions balance meaningful insight with practical strategies such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, and values-based action.

George works with clients of all backgrounds and has a particular interest in supporting young adults and men. He offers virtual appointments and is currently practicing under clinical supervision as part of his graduate internship.
